Power system

The engine adopts Shangchai SC4H engine with rated power of 96kW, rated speed of 2000r/min, maximum torque of 550N.m, maximum torque speed of 1400~1500r/min, turbocharged, and displacement of 4.3L.

 

Transmission system

It adopts a Harto or Prete integrated gearbox with compact structure and small dimensions; smooth speed change, low impact, low noise, low heat generation and long life; three-speed forward and two-speed reverse.

With a synchronizer, it is possible to shift gears in the middle, easy to operate and high efficiency.

The drive axle adopts a large mechanical drive axle.

The parts have high versatility and low maintenance cost.

 

Vibration system

The vibrating hydraulic system adopts the gear pump and gear motor of the Herkel (common with Permco) series, which is single frequency and double amplitude.

The vibrating wheel adopts Shantui's proprietary new structure, and a unique lubrication device is installed in the vibrating chamber to provide good lubrication to the vibrating bearing.

The vibrating bearing is a special bearing for road rollers, with large load capacity, high limit speed, and long service life.
